Whole Foods customer satisfaction drops by 10%

My Whole Foods at Houston Street and the Bowery can’t even keep its signage straight.

AHA! I am not the only one dissatisfied with Whole Foods. The most recent ACSI Retail Report shows customer satisfaction with Whole Foods dropped by 10%. Wegmans, on the other hand, improved its rating score to 86 out of 100. Even more astounding, Wegmans is the highest-rated retailer in America.

Aside from Wegmans, only gas stations improved in customer satisfaction, because of lower fuel prices.

Also noted in the report, consumers continue to prefer online shopping to traditional store experiences but every Web retailer declined in score, including Amazon (83, down from 86).
