Why you ask? Here are top 3 reasons:
- My most popular posts were always my original content/perspective
- People were always misspelling zandlicious (zandalicious was a common mistake)
- The opinionator is more aligned with how i want to position myself/the blog going forward in terms of expert opinion etc.
In the meantime, I can’t believe it’s already been two years since I launched Zandlicious. I’ve got to admit, I’ve had up days and down days – posts I struggled with for hours, got barely a reader while others, a total breeze to write, went viral and got thousands of readers.
I’ve studied my analytics and know which posts have been the most compelling, “liked” and shared. Based on what I’ve learned, I’m excited (and a tad nervous) about this revamp because you’ll get more of my perspective on what I find interesting, informative and inspiring.
The ultimate goal of The Opinionator is to keep you and me and our businesses and brands culturally relevant by staying in front of trends in design, food and beverage, entertainment, business and social media. I’ll measure my success by how conversational and shareable the blog becomes. And as always, I appreciate your support and feedback during this transition.
